Refactor with capabilities #183

This PR contains a significant refactor of the plugin's codebase.

Included:

Remove unused/not implemented widgets from the GUI;
Simplify GeoNode legacy client. No longer using CSW API nor additional authentication;
Add new API client for modern GeoNode that works with latest GeoNode master;
Simplify GeoNode connection creation and management;
Introduce capabilities for API clients. GUI enables/disables certain widgets based on the capabilities reported by the client;
