Update mapstore submodule to branch 2024.01.xx

This PR updates the MapStore submodule on version 2024.01.xx with following changes:

• fix custom plugins that was using TOC components
• removed 3D/ifc libraries using the one provided by mapstore instead
• review styles and configuration
