When inside a viewer there's no direct link to the catalog, since starting from 4.3.0 the logo link brings to the home page.
An "All resources" button will be introduced at the beginning of the viewer's action bar to let users go back to the catalog. It also brings visual consistency between the viewer's action bar and the catalog menu.
The "All resources" menu will have the same size as the catalog menu. All the other action buttons inside the viewer could remain the same size as they are now (a little smaller) to differentiate their purpose.
