gn-menu-content not visible in responsive mode #1868

Describe the bug

Content of gn-menu-content is not visible in mobile : computed as 0px. Even with that there is no <li> below

Expected Behavior

Menu can appear on smartphone

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Go to stable demo geonode open a dataset
No dataset menu visible
If tried in desktop with mobile rendering in developer browser mode, it is needed to refresh the page to watch the resource button disappears

GeoNode client version: https://stable.demo.geonode.org
Browser: firefox + chromium
Installation type (vanilla, geonode-project): https://stable.demo.geonode.org
Additional details:
