Add translations for "All resources" #12679

Missing from .po files. @ridoo could you suggest the translation for german?

Sure, but you would have to wait until next week when I am back from vacation.

Ah, it is just for "All resources" .. then it should translate to "Alle Ressourcen". But I could not check yet where it is used all over in the UI.
