Missing Language for layers #5584

Expected Behavior Able to select the language "Dutch" on any layer Since the language list is: iso639 https://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/IG/ert/iso639.htm

Actual Behavior Language not available.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem Data menu Layers click into an existing layer click Editing tools click Advanced edit Change language

Specifications GeoNode version: 3.0 Installation method: manual Platform: Linux Additional details:

@t-book Thanks for implementing this. Should the language also be added in the enumerations file? enumerations.py
