Adds Footprint Display Slider and Moved Pagination

The following are still issues that need to be addressed:

[ ] When clicking apply/clear, the pages and sliders do not reset.
[ ] the query string resets after rendering footprints, it needs to persist so you can click through the new pages with the added filters.
[ ] Fix the bugginess
