@GreatEmerald I slightly changed the way that Spyder is introduced to merge the instructions with the Python refresher. Otherwise it seemed a bit off to create an environment to open spyder and create a file, just to close it and then to redo it again for the python refresher. Additionally, I added instructions for setting working directory in Spyder.
