May I ask you what are the changes in this edit of yalu102 beta 7 other than the look and the timer? Does it have extra fixes? Does it enable ssh which was disabled? Does it support more devices or more versions? Does it contain the uncompiled fixes of yalu? as there are changes that have been made after beta 7, such as the hdmi fix.

No, I usually don't mess with Todesco's exploit to avoid issues with the devices. For SSH, I have a video I which I show how to enable it.
