This PR adds the README explaining how to use and the API of the wearossensors library

Hi @agonper, it would be great if you could take a look at the documentation to see if all makes sense. Thanks in advance 😀.

Hi @agonper, thanks for your valuable comments and suggestions. Thanks to them, I did a refactor that eases the development on the custom activity for requesting permissions and allows to hide some classes which main purpose was for internal use. It would be nice if you could do a quick check over the changes (only the readme).
