Migrated to scoped couchbase plugin #40

This PR includes the migration from nativescript-couchbase-plugin to @triniwiz/nativescript-couchbase which is under active maintenance.

The new plugin version uses CouchBase Lite 2.8 under the hood, which requires Android SDK 22 at a minimum. This requirement is now reflected in the docs.
