Create html structure and the style for the extra pages of the app #17

Create new pages:

See the draft mockups in the readme file.

Sure! In the mockup (see the screenshots in the readme file), there are a few more pages in the website apart from the index: How to help, About us....

This issue is about creating the html/css structure for those new pages.

Can I create these files in src directory for example: 

src =>
  How To Help =>
     howToHelp.html
     howToHelp.css

@martavj Can I use React & MaterialUi for this ? or you guys are planning to use other frameworks?

We were not planning to use React. We are using Tailwind for the style. I am not very familiar with MaterialsUI but feel free to add anything for the icons
