[ ] Upgrade to .NET 8.0 container images
[ ] Remove the existing abc user
[ ] Switch to a non-privileged port
[ ] Remove the obsolete Docker capability CAP_NET_BIND_SERVICE here
[ ] Upgrade minor version, add documentation for breaking changes
[ ] Update ilicop.ch environment configuration
