Inconsistent syntax highlighting of 0 and * in numeric (integer) context (observed in Versions 0.1.6 and 0.2.0) #36

Syntax highlighting for integers when defining field length, numeric ranges and association multiplicities is green... image image

but the number 0 always gets highlighted in white... image image

...as well as the * wildcard/placeholder in associations: image
