winetricks doesn't start #254

The problem with winetricks, do not want to work on debian 6.0.7. I downloaded 
the instructions:
https://code.google.com/p/winetricks/wiki/Installing
When you start writing the following:
-------------------------------------------------- ----
WINE is wine, which is neither on the path nor an executable file
-------------------------------------------------- ----
How to fix it?

P.S. System is x32 bit
uname -a:
Linux Sergey 2.6.32-5-xen-686 #1 SMP Mon Feb 25 05:55:06 UTC 2013 i686 GNU/Linux
