Improve design #92

[x] Align the chart title with the y axis
[x] Make chart title smaller
[x] add padding to right side of chart
[x] Move the menus to the top-right
[x] Add helper text to the menus (e.g. "Active Series" and "reference series")
[x] Improve style of hover box (make it the same size/font/color as the rest)
[x] Make the axis edit button look more like a button

@rushk014 my edit button looks kinda whack:

Still to do:

[x] make border around edit button larger
[x] make edit button darken on hover-over
[x] change cursor to "finger" on edit button hover over
[x] align "How To" instructions with center of X axis
[x] padding on the right side of chart
[x] move hover box to the left of the dropdowns
[x] improve hover box style
[x] align chart title with Y axis

@rushk014 I just loaded the multilabeling branch for testing and it's looking pretty wonky:
