Add TRV support #3

Hi Geoff, I've created a project to add Lightwave TRV (series 1) to HomeAssistant. It builds on your work. Please consider this change to you lightwave project, to integrate support for my project.

I've added set temperature the required function. I also needed to set SO_REUSEADDR on the read socket, to enable the proxy to listen on the same address. Colin
