"stream" particle selector conflicts with sneaking block placement #54

If wearing an elytra with stream enchantment, the player cannot place down a block whilst sneaking, as this would activates the particle selector and cancel the event. This makes building with an stream enchanted elytra not preferable.

I guess I could only let it count if the air is clicked, though I don't think that a perfect solution is possible
