GSoC tests #294

Modifications made here are my solutions for the tests of the project "More efficient volume Computation".

@vgnecula opening a PR is not the right way of sharing your GSoC application. Please just share your branch https://github.com/vgnecula/volesti/tree/GSoC_Tests with the mentors on the right communication channels.
