Ender Dragon able to destroy Gravestones #26

Recently observed this happening to fellow players on a 1.16.5 server. Not sure this is intended behaviour but should be fixable by adding a dragon_immune tag. I might even write a PR soon if I'm able.

I've raised two PRs depending on whether you're alright with enabling dragon immunity by default (https://github.com/Geometrically/Gravestones/pull/27) or by config (https://github.com/Geometrically/Gravestones/pull/28).
