Prevent Ender Dragon from destroying Gravestones via mixin. Also added a config set to false by default to maintain existing behvaiour. Alternative to https://github.com/Geometrically/Gravestones/pull/27 which enables immunity by default.

I merged your other PR, I think it makes more sense.
