For new example walls #9

I have created a new Example for "github.com/BuildingSMART/IfcScript". You can find the .ifc there: https://github.com/TomH22/IfcScript/blob/new-example-walls/Examples/Walls.ifc That ist the code for that: https://github.com/TomH22/IfcScript/blob/new-example-walls/IfcScript/Examples/Walls.cs Now I have made some small extensions in GeometryGymIFC before the code can be executed in "Walls.cs". Can you merge that? After that I will write @berlotti from buildingSMART.

I apologize, I totally failed to consider this pull request. I've picked out some of the key suggestions and implemented them in the code I will shortly commit. If you're still interested, we can discuss your example and any further changes that might be needed.
