PythonRobotics 환경 통일, 시각화 유틸리티 작업
현재, 소스 내부에 matplot, path 혹은 trajectory, point가 들어가 있음.
- 환경을 envs 폴더에 넣어, 알고리즘 비교 및 핵심 코드만 controller에 있도록 구성 필요
