ROS Noetic Branch #25

Hello, @Geonhee-LEE maintainer. I follow your README for the demonstration on Noetic. On while, I fixed some issue to launch your code on noetic. I would like to contribute new PR, but there is no Noetic branch. Could you make a branch for this contribution?
