De waardelijst http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg_impl/2023/138/oj voor HVD mist in de tabel in Hoofdstuk 5.

ELI is een officiële ontologie (https://op.europa.eu/en/web/eu-vocabularies/eli), waarbij voor HVD de waarde ((http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg_impl/2023/138/oj)) gebruikt moet worden. Gebruik is van de klasse is beperkt tot instances van deze klasse die de (ELI) URI-richtlijnen volgen.

de tekst bij applicable legislation is hierop aangepast; Gebruik de referentie naar de officiële publicatie van de wetgeving. De officiële publicatie moet de (ELI, https://op.europa.eu/en/web/eu-vocabularies/eli) URI-richtlijnen volgen. Voor HVD moet deze eigenschap de referentie naar de publicatie in ELI http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg_impl/2023/138/oj bevatten.
