The viewer's default zoom and center values are bogus:

At first it seems that both the base map and the loaded dataset are broken. Zooming out reveals that the gray spot is a Belgian village/town.

In this case I'm looking at the Stiltegebieden data, but this happens to other datasets as well.

Desired default behavior: zoom to the dataset's max. extent.

I can confirm that this issue also happens on my desktop in both Firefox 20.0 and Chromium 26.0.1410.43 (189671)

Fixed on a testing phase.

ngr 2.2 is now in production, so this could be validated
