Language tests haven been defined out of scope of ETF before. Reconsider implementation.

Add the other language tests to this issue:

A.07.IR223.TGR59.provideSupportedLanguages, because this is not detected in schema validation see https://github.com/inspire-eu-validation/ats-download-predefined-wfs/blob/master/A.07.IR223.TGR59.provideSupportedLanguages.md
