ATOM: mediatypes feeds have been moved #77

The INSPIRE registry has moved / changed its structure. http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/media-types/ now gives an overview of available feeds instead of directly an ATOM feed with media types.

Use 3 feeds now and merge these types in the mediatypes property:
