this allows a dataset to be uploaded and used by various applications

to facilitate database management we can run a pgadmin container which presents a web shell to manage the database

importing data via sql-dumps

we can discuss if we should open the database port, which would allow to upload data from for example qgis

Done with pgadmin and public access.
