GOAF: base URL refers to localhost #43

See e.g. https://apitestbed.geonovum.nl/goaf/ or https://apitestbed.geonovum.nl/goaf?f=html These all refer to http://localhost:8080

while the API does give results, for example:

https://apitestbed.geonovum.nl/goaf/collections/top25raster/items?f=html

Possibly combination of the use of Traefik proxy and missing config.

Ok, from the GOAF Go Code determined it has to be service.url in YAML! Closing.
