Add testing to respec #114

This rep should be tested before accepting PR and doing releases of stable builds. Could be done via travis-ci, synk, codacy.

Should also add tests/spec/geonovum for Geonovum specific templates or functions.

Added travis-ci, see: https://github.com/Geonovum/respec/pull/117. Now we would also need geonovum-specific tests.

Added tests for Geonovum whitepaper in commit 293809295c340bbbffdeedb6d2102593ce38838a, removed W3c tests. Should update the tests to (only?) use Geonovum profile of respec and Geonovum build.
