ReSpec version: v24.5.2 Geonovum version

Description of problem

The Geonovum profile consists of several modules derived from the W3C profile. Some are very similar to the W3c version. Because localization of modules is coming (https://github.com/w3c/respec/pull/2169/files), we need to check which parts of the Geonovum profile are still required and which can be replaced by a W3C core module.

This issue is intended to identify and discuss candidates for replacement.

geonovum/abstract.js can be replaced by w3c/abstract.js

geonovum/informative.js: if it can be localized, the module can be replaced by the W3C one
