Add maps in respec #94

As a user it would be nice if it were possible to add a map with certain geo-information in respec. Considering most specifications created by Geonovum apply to geo-information, it would sometimes be beneficial it that could be portrayed in a map with the data overlayed.

This could be achieved by created a new class map, via leaflet and possible d3. A prequisite is that BRT is used as the background layer.

Due to the high variaty in possible geographic content and visualization configurations, it may not be possible to fully include such a generic map class in respec. It may be unavoidable that users would have to include a local javascript that would properly configure map content to their needs. Accordingly, respec could implement some basic javascript/css that could help with configuration, such as:

Nog niet volledig uitwerken, maar voor de september 2018 release laten zien wat er nu al vrij eenvoudig kan.
