This series of patches adds the redhawk-image class which eliminates the need for the two include files and gets us more -inline with how these should be used (we've been in the habit of "requiring" other image definitions rather than defining or extending base ones, i.e., classes of images). Going along with this is the addition of an installer script that, along with spd_utility, is packaged into a tarball upon image creation. This tarball can be extracted and the installer ran on a standard REDHAWK Domain to combine the cross-compiled assets with the RPM-installed versions.
