The solution I propose, since we now have a redhawk-native
package, is to build the node as a package rather than on first boot. The result is to eliminate configure-gpp
as well, creating a new gpp-node
package provided by the GPP recipe.
Closed by #53 and #54 for rocko and thud, respectively.
The PR against the core-framework has been incorporated in a way that lets you pass
--processorname
with whatever value you want (along with a whole host of other changes...looks like a re-write). For rocko and thud 2.2.3, thetrust-uname-m.patch
will fail.
