[Request]: Remember last-used directory when uploading media

Describe the request

Current Behavior: Defaults to Recent directory after every upload. This is particularly tedious when uploading multiple photos, from a deep directory, across multiple posts.

Requested Behavior: The media upload tool remembers the last-used directory.

Implementation Details

• [ ] This should be an option in settings.
• [ ] This should be only available to some fediverse backends. (Include which ones on the above field).
• [ ] This is client-only (and shouldn't sync with the instance).
• [X] This follows the GNOME HIG.

It's currently blocked by https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/xdg-desktop-portal-gnome/-/issues/84. In the meantime using the Flatpak (if you are not using it already) should remember the last used directory (depends on the portal)
