Thanks @mki-c2c, another step forward.

I have the feeling there is still work to be done regarding the styles and permalink, but I think this can be part of separate PRs.

Reloading the app in 3D mode currently only displays the 3D root id in the layertree on my side. Medium style edition, does not seem to be applied and I think some styles are missing. Simple style edition, already works however :-)

I forgot to push the last commit https://github.com/Geoportail-Luxembourg/luxembourg-geoportail/pull/76/commits/f504542c6db6fa73478b8a3a369ab8657e155d04 this fixes the root id in catalog sorry
