Feature description
Allowing staff to use /marry tp despite being blacklisted on Bungeecord's side. This will prevent user-married to /marry tp to a staff member in a world they shouldn't be in.
How the feature is useful
Giving the "marry.tp." will bypass the blacklist, enabling only staff or VIP members to tp to them on a server where usually it should be blocked for players.
