GitHub sadly does not have a fast-forward merge option, which makes this really inconvenient.

Your options basically are:

• Do a pull request to your fork and merge that. Then your fork will always be a head because of the merge commits.
• Delete your fork and fork it again.
• Use the git command line (you need to have git installed)

  git clone https://github.com/Qveshn/MarriageMaster.git
  cd MarriageMaster
  git remote add upstream https://github.com/GeorgH93/MarriageMaster.git
  git fetch upstream master
  git merge --ff upstream/master
  git push
