error with &l in messages #246

Hi, I'm using your MarriageMaster plugin, and on latest update from spigot, I can't use &9&lblabla in game because it not accept &l to bold any text, only colors without &l work fine obraz with &l not working obraz it's about all messages

Should be fixed with this build.
