Cannot force divorce #257

Problem

I cannot force divorce two players through console. One of the players is online the other isn't. It returns a message saying "Player" isn't married. They are married as they show up in /marry list. **What I have tried** Editing config files

Same issue, cannot force divorce players in game (with OP) or through console. Offline divorce not working.

It returns a message saying Player isn't married. They do show up in /marry list as married.
