Lost backpack #283

Help request

A member of my server lost their backpack and it exist nowhere I have tried giving them perms, and no one can open them even with the open backpack command. ive tried reloading and debugging but nothing seems to be working. No error message appears, and its as if it just simply doesnt exist

Could you please share your servers log file and the name of the user that has issues.
