Inquiry about gdc_manifest.txt #3

Hi, I was wondering how you created the gdc_manifest.txt. Did you do it manually, or is there a quicker way to generate it automatically from the GDC portal? I'm asking because I want to download other TCGA datasets in the same way you did for TCGA lung. Thank you!

Hi, I managed to download the manifest file from the GDC portal. However, I am wondering how to obtain the WSI labels. Thank you!
