Added the run_withv2.py to reconstruct convergence map with catalogue RA corrections.

Updated for the night, fixed plotting functions in commit 6912a3f, pushed to a new branch called sayan-binning-fix

I was working in the 'sayan-binning-fix' branch, which was forked off this branch recently. But, I made different changes, and have now integrated it into main using PR #28. I'll close this PR for now, but there are valuable notebooks that @s-Sayan has added in this PR that I don't want to lose, so they will be added back into main at a later date. For now, this PR can be considered closed.
