Create relational trivia problem testing the relationships between E, D, B, H, J, P.

Recommend immediate implementation.

For now, this will live in ETS17. Might decide to change organizational structure to do away with specific test numbers.

Also recommend creating static definitional trivia for these symbols.

Electric Field Symbols: P: Polarization \epsilon_0: Permittivity of free space \chi_e: Electric susceptibility E: Electric field D: Electric Displacement or Electric Induction \epsilon_r: Relative permittivity \epsilon: Permittivity or Absolute Permittivity
