Thank you very much for your share, it really helps me to understand the VPRM model.

I am struggling to prepare the data under your repository's instruction, could you please give some sample data that may help me to organize the data well used in your code?

Thanks in advance : )

Dear Shamir.

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately I haven`t worked with this code since 2019-2020 and for now do not have sample data. I was needed CO2 fluxes for the simulation of 3D CO2 transport in the troposphere. Quite soon after I wrote this code, I found out that VPRM model can be run as a part of WRF-Chem numerical model (via VPRMpreroc https://www.bgc-jena.mpg.de/4758306/bsi_vprmpreproc). Since then I have only used VPRM in the WRF-Chem model. If you also would like to simulate CO2 transport in the atmosphere or just spatially distributed CO2 biogenic fluxes, it can be made via WRF-Chem and I can give you some advises on how to carry it out.

Dear Nerobelov

Thanks so much for your reply. I focus on modelling the spatial explicit biogenic CO2 fluxes, particularly in urban area, so I need relative high spatial resolution results, like up to 500m. I will check and study the WRF-Chem. Thanks so much again.
