There is no connected target issue #1

Hello, do you know why I am getting "There is no connected target." and the installation is not completed? Thank you.

Same issue here. Everything else seems to be successful.

Edit: The script is able to find the TV name

Attempting to get the TV name...
Found TV name: GQ50Q60AAUXZG

Edit 2: It seems the sdb connection is not successful if I do it interactively:

root@839d48007bb6:~# sdb connect 192.168.0.90
* Server is not running. Start it now on port 26099 *
* Server has started successfully *
connecting to 192.168.0.90:26101 ...
failed to connect to 192.168.0.90:26101

Edit 3: It worked. The issue was that I set the developer IP in the TV wrong by mistake.

Yep, I've seen this issue in two instances:

  1. Once when I had an existing sdb connection on the TV. Try sdb disconnect if you have it running elsewhere.
  2. When the Host PC IP on the screen was not set to my laptops LAN IP. Even 0.0.0.0 seemed to have issues. image

@Georift thanks for the great repo, I am facing the same issue, even if my IP is correct. Any idea what might cause this ?

@tillcash In my case I had to to hard restart the TV (unplug replug)
