The ontology has an entity for an aggregation of Cells.
This is currently called apo:Geometry but this may be misleading as the components (type apo:Cell) are more like Features (see #1). So this class probably need re-positioning (sub-class of geo:Feature rather than geo:Geometry) and maybe re-naming.
It is not currently used in any implementations so now is the time to make the change.
