DGGS/AusPIX entities are features not geometries #3

  1. rename apo:Geometry to apo:CellAggregate and add an example
  2. add apo:equivalent (might be promoted to Loc-I ontology?)

Any comments on this @bellie888 @jyucsiro @Shanecrossman I have an interlocking web of PRs in geox, dggs, loci, placenames with cross dependencies. Trying to keep concerns separated, but need to move some forward in order to deliver to GA. Would be good to get some of them reviewed and merged.
