Convert Geolab or Trimble Data Exchange to DynaML #106

These two scripts load the survey data into a sqlite database of the same schema. The same code is then replicated in each script to convert the data to DynaML and identify trivial baselines.

Hi Kent, as per our email conversation I've migrated the surveyconvert module to PynAdjust which is a great place for these scripts. Closing this PR.
